The Youth Study Loan should be applied by the applicant. If the applicant has already gone abroad, they must provide a notarized authorization letter or a certified authorization letter by our diplomatic missions, representative offices, offices, or other agencies authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with the certificate of entry and exit dates issued by the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior, to authorize someone in Taiwan to handle the application on their behalf.
