Can I apply for the Youth Study Loan before officially enrolling if I need to take language training or lack financial proof?
(1) If the master's or doctoral degree admission specifies that language courses must be completed or language tests must be passed before enrollment, it is conditional admission, and the loan can be applied for after completing the language courses and officially enrolling.
(2) If lacking financial proof, a conditional offer from the school is sufficient to apply for the Youth Study Loan.
