To help youth overcome economic difficulties and pursue advanced studies abroad, expanding their international perspectives and enhancing their knowledge. Since June 1, 2011, Taipei City has promoted the "Hope Project - Youth Study Abroad Interest-Free Loan Program," aiming to provide appropriate support as youth transition from school to work, marriage, and family life, helping youth achieve their dreams through joint efforts of the government and citizens.
