(1) Master's and doctoral degrees: Must be from universities listed in the Ministry of Education's reference list of foreign universities and comply with the Ministry of Education's "Regulations for the Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials."
(2) Professional technical certifications (abbreviated as professional certifications): Refers to qualifications issued by schools or institutions recognized by the government of the study country, with professional or technical courses equivalent to post-associate degree level for more than half a year. Applicants for professional certifications must be reviewed by the review committee to determine eligibility for the loan.
