The Youth Study Loan is available for application throughout the year, with an annual quota of 1,200 (1,000 for master's and doctoral degrees, and 200 for professional certifications, in principle). The quotas can be transferred after July 1 each year. Applications exceeding the quota will be waitlisted and filled in order. To avoid disappointment, please prepare the documents early and apply to the lending bank.
