Parking Information (B3, B4):

 *Both B3 and B4 levels have designated parking spaces equipped with accessibility features. These spaces are reserved for vehicles with disability permits. General vehicles *should not park in these spaces. 

*Flat Parking Spaces: Reserved for government vehicles and large vehicles exceeding 5.2 meters in length or 1.5 meters in height. 

Parking Fee Schedule Temporary Parking: Hourly Rate: 30 NTD per hour, 15 NTD per half-hour (Charges are calculated based on half-hour intervals. 

Parking for less than half an hour will be charged as a full half-hour). 

Full-Day Parking: 

1. General Monthly Pass: 5,000 NTD, unlimited entries, overnight parking allowed.

2. Discount for Disabled Persons: Half price of the general monthly pass, 2,500 NTD, unlimited entries, overnight parking allowed. 

3. Neighborhood Resident Discount: *Residents registered in the same neighborhood (Dongmen Li) as the parking lot: 30% off the general monthly pass, 3,500 NTD, unlimited entries, overnight parking allowed.

 *Residents registered within a 300-meter radius of the parking lot entrance (including the entire neighborhood): eligible neighborhoods are Wenbei Li and Wenxiang Li, 20% off the general monthly pass, 4,000 NTD, unlimited entries, overnight parking allowed. 

Daytime Monthly Parking: Monthly Fee: 3,750 NTD (07:00-19:00), unlimited entries. Early or late exits will be charged 15 NTD per half-hour. Note:Monthly Pass Application Procedure: Please provide a photocopy of your vehicle registration at the service desk on the 1st floor.
