2. Assist in coordinating policies and plans for international youth exchanges in Taipei. 
3. Plan and manage internships for international students. 
4. Plan and promote learning experiences for international youth in Taipei. 
5. Plan and promote the International Artist-in-Residence program. 
6. Organize model city governance and youth exchange activities, both domestic and international. 
7. Conduct commissioned surveys and research projects related to international youth development. 
8. Organize the city's Model United Nations workshops. 
9. Manage the Chinese learning subsidy program for foreigners. 
10. Plan and execute youth international participation, gather international information, and match international resources. 
11. Plan and promote youth overseas internship programs. 
12. Manage the subsidy project for outstanding youth to go abroad (competitions, exhibitions, etc.). 
13. Plan and execute youth overseas volunteer and travel activities. 
14. Manage youth study abroad loan-related tasks.

Career Support Division: 

1. Management of the Taipei Youth Career Development Center labor service commission project.
2. Handle youth shared mobility discount coupons and supporting transportation subsidies.
3. Handle youth internship allowances.
4. Providing business contact points for the Employment Services Office. 
5. Plan and manage the New Generation City Manager Internship Program. 
6. Plan and manage the Workplace Experience Empowerment Subsidy Program. 
7. Plan and manage the Bluebird Soars for the Future Implementation Plan. 
8. Plan and manage the Youth Career Side Business Store Experiment Project. 
9. Establish the career consultation and internship website project. 
10. Handle youth career development subsidies. 
11. Plan and manage the feasibility assessment, planning, design, and supervision of the Youth Career Empowerment Base at Yanji Public Housing.
